Andrew Emmons has worked in a variety of roles across multiple industries. Andrew began their career in 2012 as a Sales and Rep. Intern at Fenway Sports Management (FSM). In the same year, they also worked as an Analyst at Willauer Prosky Willauer Asset Management, where they managed portfolio positions, generated initial research, and evaluated quantitative and qualitative data. In 2014, they became the first hire at Bedrock Data, Inc. as a Business Development Manager, where they built out the company's channel sales strategy and leveraged partnerships with large MarTech platforms. In 2016, they joined Bullhorn as a Partner Manager, where they built key ISV, agency and VAR partnerships. In 2019, they became Head of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Grip Mobility, where they conceptualized, negotiated and ran a product-lead pilot with Uber, lead the efforts to spin out the proprietary Grip Mobility software platform, and defined the company's product-market fit. In 2020, they became Managing Director at Old Silver VC. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Sustain.Life as Senior Manager, Partnerships.

Andrew Emmons' education history includes attending The Park School from 1994 to 2005, Beaver Country Day School, Inc. from 2005 to 2008, Hampshire College from 2008 to 2012, and Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
