Deborah Guagliardo

Deborah Guagliardo has a wealth of experience in the financial and accounting field. Deborah began their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1986. Deborah then moved to Fujisawa Healthcare / Astellas Pharma as an Accounting Supervisor in 1989. In 1995, they became the Controller at efficient market services, inc. After that, they moved to LexisNexis as a Business Manager in 2004. In 2010, they began working at Innovative Mag-Drive as the CFO & Director of Strategy. Deborah then joined the Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics in 2009 as the CFO & Co-Vice Chairperson. In 2014, they began working as the CFO at Rotary Manufacturing, LLC and in 2018 they became the CFO at GeneTx Biotherapeutics, LLC. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Sustain.Life, a position they have held since 2022.

Deborah Guagliardo obtained a BBA in Public Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago between 1982 and 1986. Deborah then went on to obtain an MM (MBA) in Entreprenuership & Innovation, Management & Strategy, and Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 1995 and 1997.
