Joanna M. Pydo - Sustainable Finance

Joanna M. Pydo has extensive experience in the field of sustainable finance and value creation, primarily in the MENA region. Joanna M. is currently serving as the Sustainable Finance Director at Sustainability Excellence, where they are responsible for developing and implementing sustainable finance strategies and initiatives. In this role, they provide technical expertise and guidance to leading banks and investment firms in the region, while also building sustainable finance and ESG capabilities and managing stakeholders.

Prior to their current position, Joanna was a Co-Founder of a company operating in stealth mode. Joanna M. also worked as an ESG and Investor Relations Strategist at C-Power Advisory, where they were well-versed in EU non-financial reporting regulations and delivered reports on various sustainability topics.

Joanna has also held roles at Anava Capital, where they were the Investor Relations Director, Francuski Instytut Gospodarki Polska as a Corporate Trainer, Infoscan S.A. as a Member of the Supervisory Board, Pfleiderer Group as the Head of Investor Relations, Grupa Energa as the Director of Investor Relations Department, ABC DATA as a Communication & Investor Relations Manager, and Martis CONSULTING Sp. z o. o. as an IR Manager.

Throughout their career, Joanna has demonstrated expertise in sustainable finance, ESG, investor relations, corporate communication, and strategy implementation. Joanna M. has worked with various sectors such as IT, real estate, healthcare, and wood-based panel manufacturing, and has experience in IPOs, international investor relations, and corporate governance implementation.

Joanna M. Pydo holds a Master of Arts degree in Global Political Economy from the University of Kassel. Joanna M. also has a Master of Science degree in Finance and Banking from Poznan University of Economics And Business. Additionally, they have completed Postgraduate Studies in the FIFA/CIES Sport Management Programme from Kozminski University.
