Kelci Degnian

Kelci is the Member Engagement Manager for the Americas. She is responsible for ensuring SAC members have the support they need to fully utilize the Higg Index tools, achieve their impact goals, and contribute to the sector’s progress. She is currently based in Houston, Texas.

Before joining the SAC team, Kelci was the Projects & Partnerships Manager at the Allegheny County Library Association, maximizing social impact for the 71-site federated member system. She led myriad initiatives aligning partners from the private sector, nonprofits, boards of directors, and government to deliver value and ensure member success. Previously, Kelci was part of the Public Affairs team at Planned Parenthood, Los Angeles.

Kelci is a graduate of the University of Queensland, Australia. A passionate rock climber, she’ll take any excuse to travel and climb around the world. With few mountains in Texas, Kelci has turned her attention to mountain biking and coffee science.
