Porcha Roets

Porcha Roets is the HR Coordinator at the SAC. She will work closely with Hiring Managers by supporting them throughout the recruitment process. She will manage the candidate experience from their application right up to the Onboarding stage and ensure that they are provided with clear communication throughout the talent acquisition cycle. She will provide reports to Hiring Managers on recruitment metrics and she will also be responsible for recruitment and HR-focused projects. She is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Before joining the SAC team, Porcha was the HR Business Partner at St Vincent’s Private Hoslital Melbourne, where she developed strong relationships with her Stakeholders by providing them with strategic and operational advise. She was responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle for the two Hospital campuses that she supported and she successfully lead various Talent Management Projects. Porcha holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in HR and Labour relations management from the University of South Africa.
