Lauren O'Connor is an experienced professional in cultural and event management, currently serving as the Head of Culture & Engagement at the Sustainable Business Network since March 2018, after holding roles as Culture & Engagement Manager and Event Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Lauren worked at Auckland University of Technology from February 2016 to March 2018 as a Team Leader - Events and Senior Conference & Event Coordinator. Earlier experience includes positions at Edinburgh Napier University as Events Officer and Alumni & Events Coordinator from October 2013 to September 2015, and at Elam School of Fine Arts, The University of Auckland, as Frontline Administrator and Public Programmes Assistant from April 2010 to August 2013. Lauren O'Connor holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Honours from the University of Auckland and a Certificate of Proficiency in Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
