Dave Smith

Dave Smith is currently the Director of Investments at Sustainable Development Technology Canada. Prior to this role, Dave has held various positions in companies such as Marquis Technologies, National Research Council Canada, and Nortel Networks, where Dave served as a Portfolio Manager for Intellectual Property and Strategic Technology. With a background in Computer Engineering and Management, Dave also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa. Throughout their career, Dave has been involved in patent divestitures, licensing, IP strategy, and technology R&D.
