Peilin Yang is a member of the Engineering Team at Sustainable Investment Group (SIG) as a full-time Energy Consultant. His daily work focuses on building energy modeling, daylight analysis and Energy Star measures.
Peilin studied at the University of Colorado Boulder since 2017 and he received his Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. During their academic study, he works on national wide search project like ASHRAE 1771 ‘Methodology to Evaluate Sensitive Levels of Inputs for US Commercial Building Models’ and Data Center study supported by Department of Energy.
In the summer of 2018, Peilin started working as a Sustainability intern in WSP to support MEP design, energy modeling and smart building integration. After another two years work, Peilin joins SIG in 2022 as Energy Consultant conducting LEED energy model compliance work, WELL certification and local energy code study.
