Rachel Baker

Rachel Baker is an experienced educator specializing in French language instruction, currently serving as the Energy Star Administrator at Sustainable Investment Group since September 2022. Previously, Rachel taught French at Georgia Virtual School and Atlanta Public Schools, which involved collaborating across disciplines and employing diverse teaching strategies. Rachel has also worked as a self-employed French tutor, focusing on personalized vocabulary retention and comprehension methods. With a robust teaching history in Cobb County Schools and other educational institutions, Rachel has organized student immersion experiences abroad and participated in a Fulbright Education Grant to study Senegalese culture. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in French Education from Auburn University and multiple degrees in French, History, and Music from Agnes Scott College, along with a study abroad experience in France.
