Stephanie Rodis has a wealth of work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Stephanie began their career in 1997 as a Senior Technical Recruiter with Kforce Technology Staffing. Stephanie then moved to iXL as a Sr. Recruiter in 1999. In 2000, they took on the role of Global Talent Acquisition Leader, Recruiter, and Diversity & Inclusion Champion at Oracle. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Recruiter at Aon Hewitt. Stephanie then returned to Oracle as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and Sourcing Recruiter from 2010 to 2016. In 2020, they joined Microsoft as an Executive Recruiter and Global Talent Acquisition Engineering. Stephanie is also the CEO and Founder of Sustainable Talent, a high-growth talent solutions partner.
Stephanie Rodis holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Maryland. Stephanie also holds certifications from WBENC (2021), Goldman Sachs 10K SB (2019), Microsoft as an Inclusive Hiring Facilitator and Trainer (2016), Certified DDI Target Selection Interviewer and Train the Trainer, and Professional in Human Resources Certification.
