Chris Gates is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at SustainableIT.org since January 2022, Chris has been advancing global sustainability through technology leadership. As Chief Technology Officer at Allstate since June 2018, Chris has played a pivotal role in driving technological innovations within the organization. Prior experience includes positions such as Global Head of Compute Hosting Services at AIG, CIO roles at Under Armour, GE Lighting, and GE Energy, and significant contributions to GE Aviation and Xerox. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Wright State University and is recognized for expertise in IT strategy, business transformation, and customer-focused solutions.
