Iasmina S. has a diverse work experience. Iasmina started their career as a Customer Service Assistant at Tesco in 2014 and worked there until 2017. In 2019, they joined Da Vinci Engineering GmbH as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant and served until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Iasmina worked at Morningstar Sustainalytics as an ESG Research Analyst and later as an ESG Research Associate Analyst. Iasmina then joined Amazon in 2022 as a Human Resources Administrator and remained there until 2023. Currently, they are working at Morningstar Sustainalytics as the ESG Research Team Lead.

Iasmina S. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the West University of Timisoara, attending from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied Tourism and Travel Services Management at Colegiul Economic Francesco Saverio Nitti from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in Leadership Fundamentals from Leadership Land, Applied Responsible Investment from PRI Academy, and Change Management Certification from Qualians. Iasmina also has a certification in PowerBi Basic from ETA2U.
