Iulia Cospanaru

Iulia Cospanaru has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Iulia started their career as the Deputy Director at Transparency International Romania in 2004, where they played a crucial role in coordinating policy and research, advocating for ethics and compliance, and maintaining relationships with international partners. In 2017, they became the Chair of the Board of Directors at REPER pentru Management prin Valori, where they managed organizational strategy and planning, developed training sessions on integrity management, and acted as an internal auditor for quality and anti-bribery management systems. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer at Sustainalytics, and also serves as a Lecturer at the University "Ovidius" of Constanta.

Iulia Cospanaru completed their education as follows:

- From 2015 to 2018, they pursued a PhD in public administration with a specialization in Compliance Management Systems at Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA).

- Between 2006 and 2008, they obtained a Master's Degree in Public Policies and European Integration from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA).

- From 2002 to 2006, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Law at the University of Bucharest.
