Tara McHugh is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance, sustainable business, and international trade. Tara currently works as an Associate Director at Morningstar Sustainalytics, leading a team of client advisors and focusing on ESG and climate consulting. Prior to this, Tara held roles at NIIF, West Elm, and FactSet, gaining experience in impact investing, sustainability, and asset management. Tara holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Villanova University.
