Annamaria Beno

Annamaria Beno is currently the Director of Customer Experience and Environmental Market Business Lead at SustainCERT, where Annamaria orchestrates and improves the customer journey while driving initiatives for environmental sustainability and commercial success. Previously, Annamaria held roles at companies such as IDnow, SAP, Contentful, Prezi, Google, and more, where Annamaria focused on customer success, product operations, and online communications. Annamaria holds degrees in English teaching, special education, online communication expertise, and communication and media studies with a Hungarian language and literature teacher degree.
