Charlie Fletcher

Charlie Fletcher has a diverse work experience in various companies. Charlie started working as an Analyst at Owls Nest Partners in May 2019 and stayed there until October 2020. In October 2020, they joined Sustena, a Pariveda Company as an Associate and worked until August 2021. After that, they were promoted to Senior Associate and stayed in that role until December 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Director at Sustena, a Pariveda Company. Additionally, in August 2020, Charlie founded SoberToast, where they currently hold the position of Founder.

Charlie Fletcher attended Penn State University from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Integrative Arts & Design with Cum Laude honors. During the same period, Charlie also obtained another BA degree in Advertising with Magna Cum Laude honors, demonstrating their strong academic performance. In addition to their undergraduate education, Charlie obtained certifications in Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program from The Wharton School in July 2021 and in Business Fundamentals from Penn State Smeal College of Business in May 2019.
