Ian Rives is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Cadence Workforce Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in purchasing HR technology and services. Prior to this, Ian served as Director of Talent Acquisition Solutions at Lucas James Talent Partners and Head of Services Procurement at Allegis Group. Ian also has experience in sales and operations roles at Aerotek. Ian holds a degree in Marketing and Business from UNM Anderson School of Management.
