Linda Boudreau Dowd

Linda Boudreau Dowd has over 25 years of experience in operations management, financial and human resources management, and auditing. Linda began their career in 1990 as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. In 1995, they joined GlaxoSmithKline as Director of Operational Effectiveness, where they implemented a Process Improvement Initiative and developed and delivered training. Linda also held the role of Director of Manager, where they created and implemented new compensation programs for a merged company. In 2011, they became Managing Partner at Pragmaticus, Inc., where they helped transition young adults into their first job by teaching skills such as communications, problem solving, critical thinking, creative thinking, and time management. In 2017, they joined Sustrana as Operations Manager, where they offered services and tools to enable companies to realize performance improvements through sustainability best practices.

Linda Boudreau Dowd obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College between 1986 and 1990.
