Craig T. Alcorn

Craig Alcorn is a Partner at Eversheds Sutherland, where expertise lies in corporate and M&A law since June 2022. Prior to this role, Craig served as Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from October 2007 to April 2022, focusing on M&A and securities. Initial experience includes positions as a Senior Consultant at Protiviti, specializing in internal audit risk and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen, where focus was on financial and operational issues. Craig holds a JD-MBA in Finance and Law and Business from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, as well as a BS in Economics and Finance from Florida State University.
