Heather Lacey

Heather Lacey is an accomplished marketing professional at Eversheds Sutherland, currently serving as Co-Chair of the Ability Network, focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives. With a progressive career at the firm since September 2017, Heather has held roles from Marketing Executive to Global Entity Senior Coordinator, where responsibilities included supporting the Real Estate practice and coordinating compliance across jurisdictions. In addition to professional positions, Heather actively participates in several organizations, including the Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative and the Business Disability Forum, and has contributed to Able Magazine. Heather holds a Master’s degree in English and a Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing.
