Howard Goldberg is a seasoned Lead Business Analyst at Eversheds Sutherland, with extensive experience since April 2005 in implementing SAP for legal practice management and enhancing post-implementation processes. Responsibilities include conducting benefits analysis, requirement elicitation, process design, and managing product roadmaps while collaborating closely with development teams. Prior to Eversheds Sutherland, Howard held positions at Mitel, focusing on global SAP delivery and mobile data implementation, and at Inmos and BT, where Howard developed and supported various systems using Oracle and service management software. Howard holds a degree in Computer Studies from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
