James Grice

James Grice is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal service design and technology training. Currently serving as the Head of Legal Service Design at Eversheds Sutherland, James leads the Legal Service Design team within the Service Excellence function, developing frameworks and setting standards for legal service design firmwide. Previous roles at Eversheds include Innovation Lead, where James implemented innovation strategies and conducted design thinking workshops, and Business Relationship Manager for the Real Estate Practice Group. Prior to joining Eversheds, James co-directed Neon Monkey Ltd., and held various positions at NEC Group focusing on technology training and business change. With a background that includes roles in accounts and investment management, James has a comprehensive skill set bolstered by a solid educational foundation in IT and design technology.
