Melina Efstathiou

Melina Efstathiou, LL.M, CEDS, RCA, currently serves as the Board President for the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) UK Chapter since March 2021. With extensive experience in litigation technology, Melina holds the position of Head of Litigation Technology at Eversheds Sutherland since August 2019. Previously, roles include Senior Customer Success Manager and International Customer Success Manager at Relativity, Senior Manager in Forensic Technology Services at BDO UK LLP, and Case Manager at Kroll Ontrack. Additionally, Melina has held positions as Contract Attorney and Team Leader at multiple law firms, including Epiq Systems, Ashurst, and Debevoise & Plimpton, contributing to significant financial and competition law investigations. Melina's academic background includes an LL.M in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from Athens Law University and a Law Degree (LLB) from the same institution.
