Abi Whitford

Abi Whitford is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in conducting both generative and evaluative research for Fortune 500 companies and non-profits at Sutherland Labs since June 2019. Abi has employed a variety of methods, including interviews and surveys, to create comprehensive client deliverables such as reports and journey maps. Prior to Sutherland Labs, Abi worked as a User Experience Researcher & Designer at Auto-Owners Insurance, focusing on designing interactive prototypes and conducting usability testing. Experience also includes an internship at Michigan State University College of Arts and Letters, where Abi assisted in website creation and design. Additional internships involved user experience work at Tobias & Tobias and a public relations role at Greentarget Global Group. Abi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Experience Architecture and Graphic Design from Michigan State University.
