Aparna Aluri is a seasoned professional in talent management and instructional design, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Management at Sutherland since June 2025. Previously, Aparna held roles as an Instructional Designer and Training Specialist at Zuora and Lead Instructional Designer at Icertis, where responsibilities included designing e-learning modules and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts. From 2020 to 2022, as Head of Digital Learning Solutions at KOVIDA LIMITED, Aparna led a team in creating interactive learning content and implementing effective strategies for digital education.
