Dominic Buccilli

Dominic Buccilli, M.S., is a skilled talent management professional with extensive experience in organizational development and training. Currently serving as Manager of Global Talent and Engagement at Swagelok since November 2022, Dominic leads initiatives in performance management and employee engagement. Previously, Dominic held the position of Senior Organization Development Consultant at Fortune Brands Water Innovations, where leadership development programs were designed and talent management processes were facilitated. Prior roles include Manager of Global Performance and Succession at Swagelok and various training-related positions at PR Newswire, where strategic training programs were developed for editorial and customer service teams.
