Durga Srikanth Arumilli

Durga Srikanth A. has extensive experience in workforce management (WFM) across various leadership roles in prominent organizations. Currently serving at Sutherland since November 2021 as part of WFM Service Operations specializing in sales, solutions, and execution, Durga previously held the position of Associate Director and Global WFM Leader at Concentrix from September 2020 to November 2021. Prior roles include Dy. General Manager leading the Strategy and Execution Command Center at Reliance Industries Limited, and Dy. General Manager for WFM and Resource Planning in the healthcare vertical at Firstsource. Durga's career began as an Executive in WFM at Reliance Infostream Private Limited, gradually progressing through roles at WNS Global Services and IBM. Durga is currently advancing education with a certificate course in Health Care Administration at the Indian School of Business, supplemented by a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras.
