Royce Whitaker

Royce Whitaker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Royce began their career at SHLAMR Collectibles as a General Manager from July 2014 to August 2017. Following this, they worked at Taco Bell as a Service Champion from September 2017 to May 2018.

In 2017, Royce joined Harbor Electronics as an Assistant System Administrator, where they were responsible for maintaining the company's network infrastructure, domain, thin clients, and server. Royce also collaborated with ITnow via ConnectWise to handle the company's IT ticketing system. Their tenure at Harbor Electronics lasted from August 2021 to March 2022.

From September 2017 to January 2022, Royce was employed as an I.T Support Specialist at Associated Students, SJSU. Royce managed a team of student assistants and successfully resolved over 6000 incidents/requests per year. Royce improved the resolution rate from 80% to 95%, revised internal documentation processes, and migrated all documentation to the cloud for convenient remote access.

Most recently, Royce joined Sutro Biopharma, Inc. in March 2022 as a Desktop Support Specialist.

Royce Whitaker obtained a High School Diploma in General Education from Fort Bragg High School, CA, between 2013 and 2017. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology with a specialization in Computer Network System Management at San Jose State University from 2017 to 2022. Alongside their formal education, they also obtained additional certifications, including CCNA: Introduction to Networks from Cisco in August 2020, Basic Life Support for Healthcare and Public Safety (BLS) from the American Red Cross in March 2022, and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in April 2019.
