The Operations and Logistics team at Sutro Biopharma is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain, manufacturing processes, and facility maintenance to ensure efficient production of antibody drug conjugates. This team manages the planning, materials procurement, and regulatory compliance necessary to support the development and delivery of innovative cancer therapies, while also ensuring that manufacturing operations adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
