Javeen Thomas

Javeen Thomas, MSHA, MBA, CPHQ, LSSGB, currently serves as the Director of Quality & Patient Safety at Sutter Health, overseeing the clinical quality management program for Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. Previously, Javeen held several key positions at Advocate Aurora Health, including Manager of Quality & Regulatory Operations, where significant improvements in team engagement scores were achieved. Additional experience includes leadership roles in clinic operations and an administrative fellowship at Aurora Health Care, alongside a tenure in performance excellence at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Javeen began a career in health services with roles focused on quality management and volunteer coordination at the University of Florida College of Medicine. Javeen holds advanced degrees in Health Administration and Business Administration, along with a Bachelor of Science in Health Education.
