Tara Darnell

Tara Darnell has extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning at Sutter Health, following a role as Executive Director in the same department and previously as Director of Recruitment. Prior to their tenure at Sutter Health, Tara worked as a Recruiting Manager at Accountants Inc. Tara Darnell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Marketing from Saint Mary's College of California and furthered education at Western Governors University from 2019 to 2021.
