Tommy Stroud

Tommy Stroud has over 25 years of experience in various managerial roles within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Enterprise Lead for IS Software Licensing/Compliance and Software Asset Management at Sutter Health since March 2013, Stroud previously held the position of Enterprise Software License Manager. Stroud’s career includes significant roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Account Executive focused on US Healthcare and at DST Output as a Business Development Manager for Contracts. Earlier experience includes positions at Oracle Corporation as Global Business Practices Manager and Sr. Global Contracts Manager, as well as at VERITAS Software as Sr. Business Development Manager for Contracts. Stroud holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English from San Diego State University.
