Alberto Guzman has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in the hospice and home health sectors. Alberto began their career at Harbor Hospice in 2019 as a Hospice Liaison, where they established and maintained relationships with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, Case Managers, and insurance companies. Alberto continued in this role until 2021 when they joined Capitol Home Health & Hospice. At Capitol, they continued to work as a Hospice Liaison and played a crucial role in generating new business by securing referrals from local sources. In 2022, Alberto transitioned to Paloma Hospice, where they worked until 2023. In this position, they developed and implemented marketing strategies to achieve company growth and revenue goals by conducting face-to-face, phone, and email appointments with referral sources. Currently, they are employed at Suvida Healthcare as a Neighborhood Engagement Consultant, where they utilize their expertise to engage with the local community and create positive relationships.
