Raymond Donato has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Raymond currently holds the position of Vice President, Clinical Operations at Suvida Healthcare since June 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Population Health at Suvida Healthcare from August 2022 to June 2023 and also served as the Director of Value-Based Care Performance from April 2022 to August 2022.

DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Houston from June 2010 to March 2013. Additionally, they had a brief experience as a Registered Nurse at Triumph Healthcare from March 2010 to June 2010.

Raymond Donato obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Houston, where they focused on Pre-Nursing from 2005 to 2007. In 2015, Raymond Donato completed their Master of Science in Nursing degree in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner at The University of Texas Medical Branch. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various areas including Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association.
