Wesley McWhorter

Wesley McWhorter, DrPH, MS, RDN, LD, CSCS, serves as the Vice President of Lifestyle Medicine at Suvida Healthcare since September 2022, where leadership has been expanded to drive strategy, innovation, and growth of lifestyle medicine initiatives across multiple locations. McWhorter previously held the position of Director of Lifestyle Medicine, overseeing a multidisciplinary team focused on chronic care management. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Professor and Director of Culinary Nutrition at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, as well as Assistant Professor and Director of Nutrition Longitudinal Theme at McGovern Medical School. Academic credentials include a DrPH in Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences, an MS in Nutrition and Metabolism, a BS in Dietetics, and an AS in Culinary Nutrition.
