Tanmay Ayare

Tanmay Ayare is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in global marketing and communications. Currently serving as Senior Director at USEReady since January 2023, Tanmay has previously held significant marketing roles at Route Mobile Limited from April 2018 to December 2022, including VP and AVP of Marketing and Communications. Tanmay's earlier career includes positions as Group Manager of Global Marketing at WNS Global Services, Senior Manager of Marketing at ICERTIS, and various marketing roles at Dow Corning and SAP India, among others. Tanmay also contributes to academia as a member of the faculty at Xavier Institute of Communications. Educational credentials include advanced studies at The Wharton School, Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, and Xavier Institute of Communications, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
