Chief Architect at Suvoda

Andrew McVeigh is the Chief Architect responsible for the architecture and design of Suvoda’s software products. Andrew joins Suvoda from Amazon where he served as the worldwide technical lead for the catalog and offer systems at Amazon Prime Video. He has extensive experience in software architecture having been Chief Architect at Internet Scale companies such as LiveRamp and Hulu, and having led architecture designs for Riot Games, UBS AG, and the Amex Blue card platform. His self-divulged “sweet spot" is designing elegant architectures that enable systems to scale for both users and developers, regardless of the domain. Andrew has a PhD in software engineering from the Imperial College in London, where he wrote his thesis on software extensibility, and a bachelor’s degree with honors in electronics engineering from the University of Western Australia. Andrew is originally from Australia, and now lives in Malibu, California with his wife Violeta, and their daughters.
