Claudia started their career at Conectys, where they held various roles including Human Resources Specialist, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and Global Head of Human Resources. During their time at Conectys, they managed global HR operations and a team of professionals across multiple offices. In 2017, Claudia joined Suvoda as Manager of Talent & Culture, where they led HR and Talent Acquisition operations in Romania and established an HR function in Spain. Claudia later advanced to the role of Senior Manager and then Director, overseeing global teams and initiatives related to HR administration, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, legal compliance, and office management. Throughout their career, Claudia has gained expertise in labor laws, payroll, and HR best practices, and has successfully implemented various HR programs and processes.

Claudia P. has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Bucharest, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Before that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university, studying from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor from TUV Rheinland Romania in 2013 and in Work Protection Inspector from Total School in 2011.
