Dragos Serban

Dragos Serban is an experienced operations and resource management professional with a strong background in optimizing processes for various organizations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Suvoda, Dragos oversees end-to-end process management and coordinates capacity planning to enhance efficiency between services and sales teams. Previously, as Resource & Allocation Manager at FintechOS, Dragos focused on improving service procedures and implementing resource allocation strategies. Dragos also held roles at Temenos, where responsibilities included improving operational performance through the development of service procedures and managing a team. Prior project management experience includes significant constructions at Helinick SRL and leading engineering teams at UTI GRUP S.A. Dragos holds a degree in Informatics from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București.
