Stephanie Walters

Stephanie oversees all legal and privacy matters for Suvoda. She has more than 15 years of experience in law, business and government. Prior to joining Suvoda, Stephanie served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Unilife Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of wearable injectors for large molecule biologics, and before that as Associate General Counsel for Unilife. Stephanie previously served as Assistant General Counsel at Aramark Corporation, a food and facilities services provider and earlier as an associate in the Corporate and Securities department of Pepper Hamilton LLP. Before law school Stephanie worked for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. Stephanie holds a J.D. from Temple University and an A.B. from Harvard College, where she co-captained the squash team for two years and her team won the national championship three out of four years. She lives in Wyndmoor, PA with her husband and two children. She enjoys playing squash, traveling and spending time with her family.
