Prakash P. Viswanathan

Prakash Viswanathan has a strong and diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Prakash started their career at Ramakrishna Enterprises, where they worked as a Senior Systems Programmer, designing and developing software for pharmaceutical dealers and chartered accountants. Prakash then joined Datamatics Limited as a Senior Developer, where they focused on designing and testing applications for core retail banking and developing data conversion programs.

Prakash then moved to Deutsche Software (India) Limited as an Assistant Systems Analyst, where they were responsible for gathering requirements and scoping projects for a treasury system for Deutsche Bank. Prakash also led system testing phases and provided post-implementation support.

After that, Prakash worked at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in various roles, including Delivery Manager and PMO Leader. Prakash was involved in managing delivery projects and leading solution centers in India and Malaysia.

Next, Prakash joined Mphasis as Vice President and held several leadership positions within the organization. Prakash managed application delivery for emerging markets and led corporate program management office and travel and immigration. Prakash played a key role in hiring and training domestic clients and successfully delivering applications to multiple clients across different industries.

Prakash also founded and served as the Managing Director of FabProd Retail Private Limited, where they built an e-commerce retail firm from the ground up. Prakash defined the business vision and strategy, developed financial models, and ensured alignment of all business operations with the organizational mission.

Prakash's experience also includes working as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Delivery at One Enterprise Software Products and Services Pvt. Ltd. In this role, they directed daily business operations, managed project teams, and evaluated operational methods and business processes.

Most recently, Prakash joined Ken Interactive (India) Private Limited as the Head of Development, where they provided technology strategy and vision for developing technology platforms, games, and learning management system features. Prakash also managed budgets and built beneficial business relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Currently, Prakash is working at Suyati Technologies as the Vice President & Head of Global Delivery. Prakash is responsible for providing IT service solutions to clients and overseeing application development and platform services across various technologies.

Prakash Viswanathan completed their education in a chronological order. Prakash started their education journey at A M Jain College from 1987 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree with a focus on Mathematics. Following this, from 1991 to 1992, they attended Apple Industries Limited, where they obtained their HDISM (Higher Diploma in Industrial Systems Management) in the field of IT.

Later in 2017 to 2018, Prakash pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management from Emeritus, specializing in the field of General Management.

In addition to their formal education, Prakash has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2003, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2023, they acquired the certification in Leading Strategic Change from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
