Shyamala Shukla

Shyamala Shukla is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as Senior Vice President & Head of HR for India Business at Suzlon Group since May 2024. Prior to this role, Shyamala held the position of Group Vice President Human Resources at CK Birla Group from January 2022 to October 2023, contributing to a diversified conglomerate with a global presence. Shyamala’s extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources spans back to significant roles at Medtronic, including Director of Talent Acquisition for the Asia Pacific Region and Director of Human Resources for Covidien India Engineering Centre. Additional leadership positions include Head of Human Resources at Stryker India, Senior Manager of HR at Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, and several HR management roles at Perfetti Van Melle, Dr Reddy's Laboratories Ltd, and Bharti Enterprises. Shyamala holds an MBA in Human Resources from CMD, Modinagar, and a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD, New Delhi.
