For the past 6 years in both the Fashion, Event, and Ed-Tech worlds, Brit Hudgins has been driven by her passion to grow Customer Support teams in a way that focuses on their experiences, and utilizes the knowledge, creativity, and excitement of every team member to create the best customer journey possible. Customer Support departments are the lifeline from your company to its customers. Brit has spent her career pushing the importance of support investment in companies, not only for the customers but as a way to drive growth and revenue.
Brit has also put much of her time in her career on Diversity and Inclusion initiatives focused around hiring processes and growth and development of women of color. Brit graduated from the University of North Florida where she studied Film and English.
