Markus Wey

Markus Wey is a seasoned professional in customer management and service automation, currently serving as Leiter DMC at SVA Zürich since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Helvetia Versicherungen Schweiz as Spezialist Service Management & Automatisierung and Teamleiter Admin, and at CH Media as Leiter Data Management. Markus has also held various positions at Suva, Sanitas Krankenversicherung, TNT, and Kanton Aargau, accumulating extensive experience in customer service and management. Academically, Markus holds multiple degrees and certificates from ZHAW School of Management and Law, including a MAS in Customer Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Communication from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich.
