Anushri Sarkar, CPHR, has extensive experience in people operations and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of People Operations at Svante since September 2022, where the focus is on compensation, benefits, systems, and processes. Prior roles include Senior People Operations Specialist at Svante, Human Resources Analyst and Administration at BC Hydro, and Head of HR at Morphogenesis. Anushri has also held several positions at InterGlobe Enterprises, progressing from Senior Human Resources Business Partner Manager to Human Resources Business Partner Manager, and has a diverse background at InterGlobe Technology Quotient and Orbitz Worldwide in various HR and sales roles. Anushri holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus.
