Vinati Gupta has extensive work experience in the legal field. Vinati is currently working at Svatantra Microfin Pvt. Ltd as the Vice President & General Counsel. Prior to this, they worked at Aditya Birla Group in various positions such as Corporate Legal Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and Manager. Vinati also served as an Assistant Manager & Geo-counsel at Wipro Limited and an Associate at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co. Throughout their career, Vinati has successfully handled high-stakes matters, managed cross-border M&A transactions, led legal functions in different countries, and provided end-to-end legal support to various businesses.

Vinati Gupta completed their education in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law from National Law University, Jodhpur. Vinati obtained a B.Sc. LL.B. (IPR hons.) degree from this institution between 2005 and 2010.
