Anna Klingborg

Anna Klingborg has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Anna currently serves as the Global Head of Learning & Development at Svea Solar, where they are responsible for building and supporting the global L&D function and implementing leadership training programs. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of the Nomination Committee at Svenska Bandyförbundet, where they proposed candidates for various board positions. Anna also worked at Daniel Wellington as a Global Learning & Development Partner and Learning Manager, focusing on training and development initiatives. Anna has extensive experience as a Management Consultant at KLINGBORG, where they coached and facilitated companies and leaders in company development initiatives. Additionally, Anna has a strong background in sports, having served as the Head of Women's Network at Svenska Bandyförbundet and First Vice President of the Women's Bandy Committee at the Federation of International Bandy. Anna also worked as a Physical Education teacher at various institutions, including Stockholms stad, Gymnastik- och idrottshögskolan, and Täby kommun. Anna Klingborg began their education at The Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences in 1999 and completed their University Diploma in Sport Science and Coaching and their Bachelor Degree in physical education in 2003. Anna then pursued further education at Dalarna University in 2008, focusing on Leadership and coaching. In the same year, they also studied Sport psychology at Halmstad University. Anna continued their education at Stockholm University, where they studied Pedagogy A starting from 2003. Additionally, Anna Klingborg has obtained several certifications, including NILE, Nordic International Leadership Programme from Sveriges Riksidrottsförbund in 2017, Coaching leadership from Mgruppen Svenska Managementgruppen AB in 2015, K Concept Leadership Development from KLINGBORG in 2011, and Labour Law from Diploma Utbildning - Störst i Sverige på onlineutbildning in 2010.
