Åsa Guvå

Åsa Guvå has a diverse work experience in HR roles. Åsa started their career at Arla Foods as an HR administrator in 2010. Åsa then moved to Espresso House where they worked as an HR-ansvarig from October 2012 to February 2015, followed by the role of HR-chef Sverige from March 2015 to July 2019. After that, they joined foodora as the Head of People & Culture from August 2019 to November 2021, and later as the People & Culture Director for foodora Sweden from November 2021 to July 2023. Currently, Åsa is working as the Head of HR Sweden at Svea Solar, starting from August 2023.

Åsa Guvå attended Stockholm University from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Psychology with a focus on Personal, Work, and Organization studies.
