Daniel Andrén

Head Of Utility Construction at Svea Solar

Daniel Andrén has a diverse work experience starting from their internship at Projektbyggaren Teknik Syd AB in 2009. Daniel later worked as an Assistant Construction Project Manager at Skanska, where they supervised a renovation project and gained experience in calculations, time management, and procurement. Daniel also participated in Skanska's trainee program, Skanska 21, which provided him with leadership and presentation skills.

In 2012, Daniel joined Forsen Projekt AB as a Project Manager, where they focused on providing management knowledge to real estate clients, particularly in building Ericsson's Global ICT Center in Rosersberg, Sweden.

In 2014, Daniel transitioned to working for H&M, where they initially worked as a Construction Project Manager in Germany, responsible for planning, executing, and managing store construction projects. Daniel later moved to China, where they continued their role as a Construction Project Manager and also took on the role of Construction Manager for H&M India.

Daniel then progressed to become a Regional Manager for Global Construction at H&M Group, responsible for overseeing construction and facilities support regionally. Daniel'srole later evolved into Head of Construction & Facilities Regional Support.

Most recently, Daniel has joined Svea Solar in 2023 as the Head of Utility Construction.

Daniel Andrén completed their MSc in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction Project Management at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2012. In 2010, they briefly attended the University of Melbourne, where they pursued an MSc in Civil Engineering with a focus on Architectural Design and Construction Project Management. Additionally, they completed a short-term course in Construction Management and Property Management at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University in 2011.
