Donald Williams

Donald Williams has extensive work experience in the solar energy industry, specifically in sales and business development roles. Donald started their career in 2004 as a Table Games Dealer & Supervisor at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Financial Analyst at Aristocrat, where they focused on financial planning and analysis for marketing and gaming operations.

In 2011, Donald joined Cox Communications as a Sales Account Executive, where they consistently ranked among the top 5% nationwide in sales volume, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction. Donald implemented a value-based closing process that significantly increased new business and customer retention.

Donald entered the solar energy industry in 2014, joining SolarCity as a Field Energy Consultant and later as a Political Liaison. Donald achieved top performance within the company and played a crucial role in advocating for solar energy policies in Nevada.

In 2017, Donald moved to Tesla as a Senior Account Executive, focusing on the Nevada solar market. Donald successfully renewed client relationships and became a top performer within the company.

Donald then joined PVO International in 2018, taking on various roles such as International Business Development Executive, Country Sales & Key Accounts Manager, and International Sales & Senior Key Account Manager. Donald played a significant role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's international presence.

In 2021, Donald joined Enphase Energy as an International Sales Director. Donald successfully scaled the sales team across multiple European countries, leading to a doubling of revenue from 2021 to 2022.

Currently, Donald is the Managing Director at Svea Solar, where they are responsible for restructuring the company's operations in the Netherlands. Donald has built an efficient business framework and identified organizational inefficiencies through deconstructing the profit and loss statement.

Donald Williams obtained an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Commercial Photography from the College of Southern Nevada, where they attended from 2001 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, which they completed between 2005 and 2007.
